Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Vendurity. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, when applicable, your organization.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the organization using Vendurity. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your workspace.

The service

Vendurity provides tools for vendor-document collection, field extraction, storage, review, expiration tracking, reminders, and related workflows.

Human review and no professional determination

Automated extraction may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by the customer. Vendurity does not provide legal, insurance, tax, compliance, or risk-management advice; certify insurance coverage; approve vendors; or make compliance determinations.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for their compliance program, decisions based on records, lawful collection and use of vendor information, obtaining necessary permissions, and configuring document requirements.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its security, access another customer's data, upload malware or unlawful content, submit credentials or complete payment-card data, or process information you are not authorized to use.

Trial, subscription, and billing

The founding plan includes a 14-day trial with no card required. If you subscribe, the plan costs $29 per month and renews automatically until canceled. Customers may manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation from the Billing page. Cancellation and refund terms are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Third-party services

Vendurity relies on third-party services including Supabase, Render, Resend, and Stripe. Their availability and processing are subject to their own terms.

Ownership and feedback

Customers retain rights in submitted records. Vendurity retains rights in the service, software, branding, and documentation.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access to protect the service, address nonpayment or misuse, or comply with law. Either party may end the relationship. Customers should export records they must retain before termination.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or accuracy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vendurity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits or data, or decisions based on extracted or customer-supplied information. Vendurity's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed amounts paid by the customer during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
