Service

Vendurity provides document collection, field extraction, tracking, and reminder tools. Extracted information may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by the customer.

No professional determination

Vendurity does not provide legal, insurance, tax, compliance, or risk-management advice and does not certify insurance coverage or vendor compliance.

Customer obligations

Customers are responsible for account security, lawful collection and use of vendor information, reviewing records, and making their own compliance decisions.

Acceptable use

Users may not upload unlawful content, malware, credentials, payment-card data, medical records, or information they lack authority to process.

Availability and changes

The service may change and may occasionally be unavailable. Pilot features are provided for evaluation and may be modified or discontinued.

Termination and data

Either party may end a pilot account. Customers should export required records before termination. Deletion requests will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable obligations.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available. Final warranty, limitation-of-liability, payment, governing-law, and dispute terms must be approved by counsel before paid public launch.
