Refund & Cancellation Policy

Trial

The 14-day founding-customer trial does not require a payment method. No fee is charged unless the customer chooses to subscribe.

Monthly renewal

The founding plan is billed at $29 per month and automatically renews each month until canceled.

Canceling

You may cancel through the self-service controls on the Billing page or by contacting support@vendurity.com from the email address associated with your workspace. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and access continues through the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds

First-time subscription charges may be refunded when requested within seven calendar days of the initial charge. Duplicate or erroneous charges will be reviewed and corrected when verified. Renewal charges and partially used billing periods are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers control when the credit appears.

How to request help

Email support@vendurity.com with the workspace name, account email, charge date, and reason for the request. Do not send card numbers or payment credentials by email.
