We collect account information, vendor contact details, documents submitted through secure request links, extracted document fields, usage records, and communications necessary to operate Vendurity.

How we use information

We use information to provide document collection, extraction, review, expiration monitoring, reminders, security, support, and service improvement. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use contracted infrastructure, storage, authentication, email, monitoring, and payment providers to operate the service. They process information only for the services they provide to us.

Retention and deletion

Customer records are retained while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, and operational purposes. Account owners may request export or deletion by contacting the address published in the application.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, protected storage, audit-oriented records, and other safeguards. No system is completely secure.

Your responsibilities

Customers must have authority to submit vendor information and documents and must not upload unnecessary sensitive information.

Contact and changes

We will publish an operational privacy contact before public launch. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
