Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Vendurity collects, uses, shares, and protects information when customers use our vendor-document operations service.

Information we collect

We collect account and workspace information, vendor contact details, documents submitted through private request links, extracted document fields, review decisions, service usage and security records, billing status, and support communications.

Stripe processes payment-card and payment-method information. Vendurity does not receive or store complete card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users; operate document collection, extraction, review, storage, expiration tracking, reminders, and billing; secure and troubleshoot the service; communicate about accounts; comply with law; and improve Vendurity. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Customers and vendor information

Workspace owners determine which vendor information and records are collected. Customers must have a lawful reason and appropriate authority to provide or request that information. Vendors should submit only requested records and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.

Service providers

We use Supabase for authentication, database services, and protected storage; Render for hosting; Resend for transactional email; and Stripe for payment processing.

Disclosure

We may disclose information to service providers, when directed by an authorized workspace owner, to protect users or the service, in connection with a business transaction, or when required by law. We do not disclose customer documents for advertising.

Retention and deletion

We retain customer records while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward when needed for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, backups, and legitimate operations. Authorized account owners may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting support@vendurity.com. Some information may be retained where legally required.

Security

We use encrypted transport, access controls, protected storage, private file buckets, time-limited file links, upload validation, and other safeguards designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Vendurity is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Privacy questions and data requests may be sent to support@vendurity.com.
